Friday is Pink Out. Wear pink to the football game also. There will be a short pep rally at lunch tomorrow in the gym.
PENNY WARS: Student senate will be sponsoring a Penny War all week. All money collected will go to Kyle Osborne for his cancer treatment. The seniors are winning and the juniors are losing.
BOWLING wants you to know that we have openings for more students to join the team. No experience required. If you intend to bowl it is important you are at tonight's practice or Friday practice to order your bowling shirt. If you are waiting to get your physical please notify Coach Hampel he still wants you on the team.
GERMAN CLUB meeting Thursday at Lunch in G108. All invited!
MATH NHS: Are you tired of struggling with math?! Don't worry, Mu Alpha Theta (Math Honor Society) has you covered! Come join us for tutoring on Tuesdays and Thursdays at lunch in room H207 (Mrs. Alvarado's room)
CLUB PRESIDENTS: there will be a meeting of all VVHS Club Presidents on Wednesday, October 26 to discuss events on campus.
ATHLETICS
GSOC: will play AT Piedra Vista in Farmington at 3pm today and AT Cleveland at 2pm Saturday
BSOC: will play Piedra Vista at 3pm today and Cleveland at 4 here at VV on Saturday
VB: will play Rio Rancho in the Ring of Fire tonight. This is their senior night. On Saturday, they will play at Cibola at 6:30
FB: will play the Cibola Cougars at Community Stadium at 7pm Friday. Let's fill the stands!
Finally good luck to the HAWK BAND, they will be performing in the Pageant of Bands on Saturday at Wilson Stadium at 2pm.
