WINTERBALL is on Saturday in the main gym form 8-11. All muggles and wizards are welcome to attend. Tickets will are for sale today for $20.00 in the activities office at lunch. You must have your current VVHS ID to purchase a ticket. All guest tickets must be purchase by Friday. We will not sell tickets to any non VVHS student at the door.

LITERARY MAGAZINE: It is that time of year again students. The Creative Writing Class is producing the Literary Magazine, and need your submissions. Submit poems, short stories, and original artwork. Stop by H217 to pick up a submission form and guidelines. Submission deadline is February 8th.
COUNSELING
Seniors, Wednesday February 3rd is FAFSA Kick Off Night at 6:30 beginning in the PAC. This is your chance to complete the FAFSA and be entered to win a $500 dollar scholarship! Please bring your parents, tax information, and set up a F-S-A ID. See Mr. Garcia in E224 for more information.
The ASVAB will be administered on Tuesday, February 2nd at the beginning of 1st period. If you have signed up to take this test, please report to the lecture hall at the beginning of school Tuesday. Any questions see Major Campbell.
ATHLETICS
GIRLS TENNIS: Attention all girls interested in playing tennis this spring. There is still time to join the team! There are two more weeks of pre-season hitting sessions before tryouts begin on Feb. 8. These practices are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30 to 5 p.m. at Sierra Vista. New players are welcome. VOLLEYBALL There will be a Volleyball Meeting for Athletes and managers wanting to be on next year's team on Friday in A104. Please bring your registration cards!!!!!! MEETING WILL BE BRIEF!!!

Why: The Lady Hawks will be wearing Navy Blue shoelaces and headbands in support of Child Abuse Awareness!
Please support their cause and wear Navy Blue. Blue basketballs will be sold for $1 at the game and all proceeds will be donated to our local non-profit organization, All Faiths Receiving Home.
