As many of your have heard in the news our federal government recently passed guidelines regarding what can and cannot be served at schools during lunch. Two Albuquerque vendors have been approved to sell pizzas in Albuquerque Public Schools Snack Bars. We are proud to welcome products from Pizza9 and Mario's. Effective October 1st we will be serving the new pizzas in our snack bars. Although many of us will miss Dion's, we can no longer serve their product. The good news is the new pizzas are an extremely healthy choice for lunch! Other new products that meet the guidelines to watch for are warm Otis Spunkmeyer cookies, Hurricane's burritos, Pizza9 Subs, Subway sandwiches, Popeye's dry rubbed chicken strips and U-Swirl Frozen Yogurt.
Campus Clean-up: We will be having a campus clean-up on Saturday, September 27th from 9-11am. If you need community service points for your club please come by and help.
Wing Squad: On Saturday, September 27th, there will be a campus clean-up. All members come to the Wing Squad meeting today. The meeting will be held in the lecture hall during lunch.
BSU: Our next meeting will be Thursday, October 2nd.
Ambassadors in Mrs. Rizzardi's Family Group please stop by H219 during lunch today.
Fashion club will be having their first meeting at their new time, Thursdays at lunch in Mrs. Luna's room, G204. Anyone can attend and new members are always welcome
Best Buddies will be having a special meeting today during lunch. Please be sure to stop by to meet your buddy!
The Volcano Vista Bowling team is holding an information meeting on Tuesday - Sept 30th - during lunch at the ROTC rifle range. Coach Perry Hampel said there are openings available to be on the team and invites all students - from all grades - young men and young ladies - all levels of abilities. Come on HAWKS - lets roll!!!!

XC: will run in the Academy Invite today at 3:00
FOOTBALL: Football will play Atrisco Heritage at Community Stadium on Friday at 7. We will be on the east visitor side.
