Tonight I am working overnight at the Midstate Fairgrounds in Paso Robles. Around midnight I noticed a Ventura Co. strike team of Type-3 engines taking a pit stop at the gas station next door which is at the intersection of Hwy. 46 East & US101. Since then within the past two hours I have observed two CAL FIRE strike teams of Type-3 engines racing by northbound on US101. All of this is en route to LNU for either this incident or others or for cover assignments.
