Temperatures will warm a little and humidity will become low

Wednesday and Thursday. There will be northerly winds of 20 to 40

mph over the Grapevine and over the south coast of Santa Barbara

tonight through Wednesday morning.

Scattered showers with less than a quarter inch of additional rainfall

to continue over the Sierra and over Southern California through this afternoon. 

Westerly winds of 15 to 25 mph over the mountain ridges and desert passes

this morning will increase to 20 to 40 mph this afternoon.
