04/18/2012	0645	This morning's California SNOTEL Snow/Precipitation Update Report in surveyed areas of Northern California brings significant improvement in the northwestern mountains of Northern California, but the Northern Sierras area is still well below the Snow Water Equivalent cumalitive percentage of normal: Northern Great Basin = 69%; Truckee River = 69%; Lake Tahoe = 53%; Carson River = 45%; Walker River = 42%; Klamath = 117%.
