NIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING FOR GUSTY OFFSHORE WINDS AND LOW
RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES...

.AFTER A WARM AND DRY WEEKEND TEMPERATURES WILL COOL DOWN TODAY
THROUGH TUESDAY. HOWEVER BY TUESDAY NIGHT DRY NORTHERLY WINDS WILL
DEVELOP ACROSS THE NORTH AND EAST BAY HILLS. THE STRONGEST WINDS
WILL OCCUR LATE TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH ABOUT MIDDAY WEDNESDAY.
HOWEVER DRY OFFSHORE WINDS WITH VERY LOW HUMIDITY WILL CONTINUE
AGAIN WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH SUNRISE THURSDAY...ESPECIALLY IN THE

WEATHER WATCH FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY...WHICH IS IN

FREQUENT GUSTS 35 TO 40 MPH. STRONGEST WINDS WILL OCCUR LATE
TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH MIDDAY WEDNESDAY.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...LESS THAN 30 PERCENT TUESDAY NIGHT LOWERING
TO 12 TO 18 PERCENT WEDNESDAY THROUGH EARLY THURSDAY WITH NO
HUMIDITY RECOVERY ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

* IMPACTS...ANY IGNITIONS DURING THE PERIOD OF STRONGEST WINDS
