[californiadisasters] CME IMPACTS QUAKES & VOLCANOS

Could/Would somebody help me get in touch with the Earthquake "Research" Dept. At USC. I heard they were funded to increase the possibity of predicting earthquakes. Recently with the increase in CME Impacts and following increase in volcanic & earthquake activity...I believe a link can be proven...and somebody should be documenting, researching and proving this...and since they were funded for stuff like this...it would be helpful.....Sincerely, Earthquake Jim.
