AT 456 PM PDT... STORM SPOTTERS REPORTED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM 9 MILES NORTHEAST OF MONTAGUE...OR 13 MILES NORTHEAST OF YREKA...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.  HAIL UP TO ONE-HALF INCH IN DIAMETER IS EXPECTED WITH THIS STORM... ALONG WITH MODERATE SHOWERS AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING.  AREAS AFFECTED BY THIS STORM WILL BE THE TOWN OF MONTAGUE AND AREAS TO THE EAST OF INTERSTATE 5...MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF NORTHERN SISKIYOU COUNTY.

IF THREATENING WEATHER APPROACHES YOUR AREA...TAKE SHELTER IN A STURDY BUILDING.
