* TIMING: NORTHWEST TO NORTH WINDS WILL SHIFT TO THE NORTHEAST
  LATE AND GRADUALLY DIMINISH.
 
* WINDS: AREAS OF NORTHWEST TO NORTH WINDS 25 TO 40 MPH WITH LOCAL
  GUSTS TO 60 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED THROUGH THE PASSES AND
  CANYONS...STRONGEST THROUGH THE SANTA YNEZ RANGE...ESPECIALLY
  THE HILLS ABOVE MONTECITO.
 
* IMPACTS: ROADWAYS THAT WILL BE AFFECTED BY THE GUSTY WINDS
  INCLUDE HIGHWAY 154 THROUGH SAN MARCOS PASS.
